Dome Earrings

I made a poison ring in my Spring 2009 metalsmithing class and I wanted to make a lid that had a sort of bowl on top as both handle and decoration. I eventually abandoned that idea, but I had made one of these domes to see what the lid might look like and decided to make another one and turn it into earrings.

This is a design I could replicate as a custom order as long as I'm still taking classes in order to have access to a torch to anneal the metal for doming. Contact me if you want a custom design based on this.
